Akita was approached by FW Berringer to replace their existing IT support services company. As a leading provider of IT services across Bromley, we were happy to step in and offer a much-improved service.

Akita conducted a full IT system review and highlighted to management the areas of immediate concern. We then set about resolving all of the immediate existing issues, as well as putting in place a roadmap plan for the further implementation of proactive IT system care and infrastructure improvements.

One such item has been cloud migration. Moving FW Berringer’s IT to a cloud-hosted setup has helped to extend the life of their existing IT hardware and thereby reducing IT costs. The migration has also helped to reduce the amount of IT-related downtime that FW Berringer had been experiencing, making the business more productive and profitable.

The cost-savings that FW Berringer has made in this area has allowed them to make a further investment into an Akita VoIP telephone solution. As well as giving the company a more advanced and flexible telephone system, VoIP has helped generate further cost-savings: there are no more phone lines to pay for, and call costs are substantially reduced.
